Our relaxed style and natural approach to photos means that we can get pictures of you, your family or others in any number of surroundings such as parks, public places or in your own home. We want you to be relaxed.. it makes for better photos!
Portraits are very popular as they make lovely anniversary, birthday, or Christmas presents because they are such a personal gift. They can be an individual shoot, or whole family group.
We keep things as relaxed and informal as possible so the smiles are natural. If you feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, our relaxed approach will make you feel comfortable and less conscious that you’re having your photo taken. So just leave that to us and we guarantee that you’ll get some great photos back.
Pricing
Our web package is perfect for those people who would like some professional photos, but want to be more selective over which photos they’d like to buy. We arrange a session with you and take the photos as usual and then upload these to our secure online gallery. You can then browse through the photos at your own pace and buy only the prints which you love the most.
If you’d like some photos taken and want to get your own copies then our High Res Disk Package is for you. At just £75, we’ll provide you with prints of all of the photos taken at 6×4 and a CD of all the images together with a reprint rights notice so that you can get your own prints as and when you want them. The High Resolution Disk can also be purchased at a later stage with any of our packages so you’ll always have the full selection of your photos from your photoshoot.
Our three shoot package can be used in any number of ways. You could have a bump to baby package, a puppy training package, a brother and sister package, a family portrait package.. the list goes on. The three shoot package is exactly as it sounds: you tell us which three shoots you’d like and how far apart and we do the rest.
The package includes three photo sessions, three High Res CD’s, and a set of 6×4 prints from each of the sessions. The best part? By buying a three shoot package, you save £50 and pay just £175.

What kind of portrait shoots do you do?
We cover a wide variety of portrait shoots, including individuals, couples, families, model portfoios, and corporate head shots.
What location will you use for the photo shoot?
Our style of photography means that we excel at taking photos of people in a natural way. Because of this we like to take photos of you and your family in a familiar environment such as your own home or a local park or public place to get photos of you looking your best. It also eliminates the dreaded ‘Look at me and Smile!’ factor that makes some people uncomfortable. For people who might be more interested in a studio portrait session we also have a mobile studio and run occasional ‘mobile studio days’. What are ‘Reprint Rights’? Is it another term for Copyright?
No, these are two separate things. Reprint rights is the right for you to goto a high street printers (Boots, Asda, Costco etc) and get copies of the photos printed for personal use. That includes thank you cards, canvases, photo books, Christmas presents and all kinds of things. It doesn’t cover your use of the image to make money from (ie entering into competitions) and you can’t sell the photo or claim it as your own. We technically still own the photo, but are more than happy to let you print as many copies as you like. If you want to purchase Copyright of your photos, contact us to arrange this.
How many photographs will I get, and in what format?
This is a tough question to answer because there are many different factors involved. It depends on what type of portrait session you have booked, how many people are involved and how co-operative subjects are 
As a guide, we usually get around 50 on portrait shoots. As our portrait sessions aren’t time limited, we stick around until everyone is happy and we’ve got a few great shots ‘in the can’.
We’ll provide the finished photos to you in JPEG Format on a CD with a reprint rights notice so that you can print as many copies as you like for personal use. We also print the photos for you at 6″ by 4″ in size.
How many people can be included in a portrait?
As many as you like. We are happy to work with individuals right through to large groups. However, there will be an additional charge for groups of more that 8 people. Please contact us for a quote for this.
